Maple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (pure maple syrup is best!)

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)

Instructions 

  1. In a very small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) until smooth.

  2. Add the optional water/milk to thin the glaze to your desired consistency.

  3. Set aside.
