2 tablespoons maple syrup (pure maple syrup is best!)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)
Instructions

In a very small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice) until smooth.

Add the optional water/milk to thin the glaze to your desired consistency.
