BEFORE PURCHASING make a one-time payment is a nonrefundable deposit that you make to secure your place in the list for a custom order. This means that once you pay this fee, you cannot get it back even if you cancel or change your order. The purpose of this fee is to ensure that you are serious about your order and to prevent others from taking your spot.
